Statutory guidance updated to reflect implementation of Windsor Framework.
Following this CTPA news item, regarding the Northern Ireland Protocol to the Withdrawal Agreement being replaced by the Windsor Framework as agreed between the EU and UK, the UK Government have begun updating available documents and guidance.
On 4 May 2023 the statutory guidance for the UK Cosmetics Regulation (UKCR), applicable in Great Britain (GB), and for the EU Cosmetic Products Regulation (EU CPR), applicable in NI, have been amended to remove reference to the Northern Ireland Protocol and replace it with reference to the Windsor Framework.
