The Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS), the UK competent authority for cosmetics, is conducting a review of the Cosmetic Products Enforcement Regulations 2013, implementing enforcement requirements for cosmetic products. As part of the review, OPSS is running a survey which aims to explore how the regulations have impacted businesses; the survey is estimated to take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. The survey will stay open until 08.00am of 15 February 2021.
CTPA encourages all members/companies to complete this survey, as OPSS is looking for feedback from as many businesses as possible regardless of knowledge/experience of the regulations. For any questions, please contact the team at [email protected].
