On 10 March 2025, the Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) published a new Statutory Instrument (SI) on the updated fees and charges for submitting registrations under the UK Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation of Chemicals (REACH). These regulations will apply from 1 April 2025.
