Ability to upload ingredients by CSV file when submitting product notifications.
On 27 March 2023, the Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS), the UK competent authority for cosmetic products, sent a communication to registered users of the Submit Cosmetic Products Notifications (SCPN) portal, to upload ingredients by CSV file when submitting product notifications.
This new feature will be available initially when entering ingredients by exact concentration. This does not affect users’ ability to add ingredients manually and by selecting a frame formulation. The update will soon be implemented on the portal. Functionality to upload ingredients with concentration ranges and multi-shade products will be available later in 2023.
