Do you Know What it Means if OPSS Launches a Call for Data in GB?

In Great Britain cosmetic products and their ingredients are regulated under the UK Cosmetics Regulation (UKCR).  Therefore, the UK regulator (the Office for Product Safety and Standards – OPSS) has been launching calls for data to assess the safety of a number of cosmetic ingredients (either with suspected endocrine disrupting properties or nanomaterials) to assess their safety and regulate them if necessary.

 

In order to explain the process of ingredients management under the UKCR and how industry can participate to these calls for data and defend continued use of cosmetic ingredients under scrutiny, CTPA and OPSS are holding a must-attend joint webinar on 13 November 2023 at 10.30-12.00.  The webinar will be free for CTPA members and available for a payable fee of £25 for non-members of the Association.
