On 11 December 2020, the 7th amendment of the Product Safety and Metrology Statutory Instrument (SI), which contains the UK Cosmetics Regulation under Schedule 34 and the Aerosols Regulation under Schedule 13, has been officially approved and published in the list of newly enacted legislation. The legal text can be found here. The text remains as introduced into the parliamentary process in October 2020, and all provisions are included into CTPA advice.
