LGFB Charity Netball Tournament 2024

Look Good Feel Better is appealing for professional and amateur netball teams to sign-up for its national Charity Netball Tournament 2024.

Working in partnership with England Netball, the tournament is being held in the top-class sports facilities at the University of Warwick’s Sports and Wellness Hub on Sunday 17 March 2024.  During the day, competing teams will benefit from professional coaching and umpiring from England Netball, while meeting and learning tips and tricks from elite athletes from the netball world.

The event will raise vital funds for people undergoing treatment for cancer and fantastic prizes are up for grabs on the day, with players receiving a generous goodie bag worth over £100 to take home.  This will be the fifth time the event has been held since its inception in 2017, raising over £138,000 to date and providing support for over 2,500 people living with cancer.

Ian Daniels, Director of Fundraising and Head of Communications, at Look Good Feel Better, says:

“It is estimated that there are currently three million people living in the UK with cancer, and that figure is expected to rise to four million by 2030, so we know that demand for our specialist services and support will continue to grow.

“As a national charity, deeply rooted in local communities, we want to help more people, in more places, delivering an inclusive and impactful service to people needing support.

“We are looking forward to welcoming all the players and spectators at what promises to be a spectacular sporting event, so if you are interested in netball, there is still an opportunity to sign up now.”

Registration is still open for netball teams of all levels at https://lookgoodfeelbetter.co.uk/charity-netball-tournament/
