CTPA has published the response to the DBT ‘Smarter Regulation’ call for evidence.
As communicated in this news item, the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) published a call for evidence seeking views on independent regulators and the functionality of the current UK regulatory landscape, considering responses from businesses, consumers, regulators, and other bodies across all sectors.
CTPA worked with the Compliance and Regulatory Committee (CRC) to create an industry contribution and has responded to the call for evidence.
