WRAP/BEIS Survey on the Use of Recycled Materials

The Waste & Resources Action Programme (WRAP) and the UK Government Department for Business, Energy, and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) have recently issued two surveys investigating the factors impacting on the use and safety of recycled materials in consumer goods.

To understand the current awareness within businesses on the risks and regulatory regimes associated with the use of recycled content in products, WRAP and BEIS are conducting two surveys: one with own brand retailers/manufacturers and another with reprocessor organisations.

Both surveys will close on Friday 28 May 2021.

WRAP is also looking to recruit businesses and trade organisations to take part in a workshop to review the findings from the project.   Companies interested in taking part can contact WRAP directly at [email protected], to take part at the workshop.
