Further to this news item, on 19 December, Spain notified both the European Commission and the World Trade Organisation (WTO) of its decision to withdraw the Draft Royal Decree regulating the accessible labelling of consumer products.
This marks the end of the legislative process of the Decree coming into law in its current form.
