The EU Commission has published a new version of the EU Borderlines Manual, version 5.5, which is now available to download.
The Sub-Group on Borderline Products of the EU Cosmetics Products Working Group have agreed to include two new entries, addressing the questions whether they could be considered as cosmetic products.
1.10 ‘Self-Tanning Concentrates’
2.4 ‘Oral drops, sprays or gels’
Additionally, the following updates have been made to the manual:
Current section 2.4 ‘Nasal Sprays’ has become section 2.5
Section 3.3.22 was replaced by ‘Tattoo removal and tattoo fading products’
