Following the launch of their Export Support Service (ESS) for International market early 2022 (see CTPA news item), the Department for International Trade (DIT) is undertaking a research through an independent research organisation, to understand users’ experience with the service, the perceptions of the support received, the benefits provided, and whether the service could be improved in any way.
