The Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) has launched a survey to carry out an impact assessment on the upcoming amendment to Annex III of the UK Cosmetics Regulation (UKCR), to include kojic acid as a restricted ingredient in cosmetics under Annex III.
The survey is estimated to take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete and will not ask for any personal sensitive information; however, some of the questions may ask for commercially sensitive information which companies may choose not to answer. Any information disclosed will be anonymised and will not be attributable to any specific organisation; a privacy notice is available from the survey link.
Companies are encouraged to input into this survey. The survey is open until Tuesday 28 May.
