With the UK–India Free Trade Agreement coming into force soon, the UK Government is organising a webinar on Thursday 12 March to help UK exporters prepare and understand exactly what they need to do to benefit from the agreement from day one.
The webinar will cut through the complexity and provide step by step guidance on whether your business needs to register with HMRC to complete origin declarations under the UK–India Free Trade Agreement, how to prepare for registration, what information businesses will need when using the HMRC portal, and exporters’ responsibilities after registration including the completion of origin declarations. It will also look at how to understand potential tariff savings and ensure that your exports qualify.
The session will take place on Thursday 12 March from 09:00 to 10:00 (UK time) and will be held online.
