The Department for Business and Trade have launched a survey aimed at gathering information and evidence on real-world insights into the experience of UK businesses dealing with regulatory compliance when exporting. The survey particularly focuses on the uses of standards in demonstrating or mandating the requirements to enter international markets, and the impact or relative costs of these.
The survey will be open until the 15 August 2025 and will be confidential, with no individual responses shared publicly or outside of the UK Government. It is intended to support the ongoing UK's Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT) policy work.
CTPA will be responding to the survey as a trade organisation, and we encourage businesses to take part where possible.
