To support UK exporters to better understand the latest China cosmetics regulations and key updates, specifically towards the upcoming requirement to provide a full safety assessment report by 1 May 2025, the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) would like to offer CTPA members a one-to-one free consultation session with a DBT appointed cosmetics compliance agency. From January to June 2025, a total of 10 sessions will be available each month for UK exporters on a first-come, first-served basis. This includes tailored advice on topics related to:
- Cosmetics Registration/Notification
- Cosmetics Ingredient NMPA Code Application (submission code)
- Cosmetics Testing Safety Assessment & Efficacy Evaluation
- Cosmetics Production On Site Verification both domestically and internationally
- Toothpaste/Desinfection and Sterilisation/Production Notification
- Import Regulations and Policies
- Product Standardisation and Compliance Declaration, Testing/Evaluation
