Update to GB MCL Notified to WTO

On 6 October 2025, the Health Safety Executive (HSE) notified to the World Trade Organisation (WTO) an update to the GB Mandatory Classification and Labelling (MCL) previously notified – please see this news item. The updated notification highlights a change to the ‘making available’ on the market deadline, which is now 23 March 2027.
