The Intra-Company Transfer (ICT) route is designed to enable employers in the UK to easily move existing senior employees and specialists who have been employed by the company for at least 12 months from overseas offices to roles in the UK.
The Migration Advisory Committee (MAC) was commissioned by the UK Government to advise on the operation and effectiveness of the ICT route, and is now seeking views and evidence from anyone with relevant knowledge, expertise or experience to help inform the MAC responses to the UK Government through questionnaires for employers (Annex A) or representative organisations (Annex B).
Responses should be evidence-based and where possible should provide data and/or examples to support answers. The deadline for submitting responses is 15 June 2021. More information can be found on the UK Government website.
