The key objective of CTPA’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy is to identify and address issues related to the promotion of diversity, equity and inclusion to ensure that everyone - irrespective of their ability; age; appearance; disability; ethnicity; faith; gender; mental health; race; sexuality; size; socio-economic status - feels welcome, included and represented within and by the industry.
Together with the CTPA's DEI Working Group and with the support of the business and society consultancy C&E, we continue to build our understanding of key issues, identifying and engaging key partners and highlighting how industry can collaborate to make the industry more inclusive for the benefit of all.
On Wednesday 20 November, 12:30 – 14:00, CTPA is holding a webinar to highlight and seek your comments on its DEI Strategy and Workplan; discuss the many business benefits an effective DE&I strategy can deliver and how to unlock these; explain the compliance obligations and the likely direction of the new UK Government; showcase the new DEI Resource Hub on the CTPA website; and importantly share industry best practices to help you deliver your DEI objectives and your business goals.
