With the UK regulatory landscape for chemicals becoming more defined, divergence between the UK and the EU management of chemicals is occurring. Whether the divergence is passive or active, differences are already arising and affecting businesses. It is important for businesses to be aware of areas of divergence to ensure that cosmetic ingredients and products are compliant in both markets.
