The Self Care Forum is a registered charity which aims to further the reach of self-care and embed it in everyday life by raising awareness about the benefits of people looking after their own health and wellbeing and their family’s health.
To help promote these aims, the charity organises a Self Care Week, which in 2020 is taking place 16-22 November. The week provides a number of company sponsorship opportunities in which to communicate a range of self-care messages about health and wellbeing. The packages are graded platinum, gold, silver and bronze and each can be tailored and tweaked to match a company’s requirements.
