The Society of Cosmetic Scientists (SCS) are hosting a hybrid event at Leigh Court in Bristol on Tuesday 13 June at 12.30pm. There will also be the opportunity to join via zoom. This event is the perfect blend of insightful industry-based presentations and social mingling.
Rajat Narang of Global Compliance & Regulatory Services Ltd (GCRS GLOBAL) will be providing an overview of Ayurveda & its origin, the principles of Ayurveda, and how it is used in beauty.
Dr. Banaz Jalil, Postdoctoral Research Fellow at UCL School of Pharmacy, will be speaking about quality challenges in the botanical sector with examples, pharmacy practice, and the reporting of medicinal plant extracts-based studies.
After this, in person guests can look forward to the opportunity to mingle, meet fellow Members and contacts in the cosmetic industry, try their hand at a number of tabletop games, all in aid of the Look Good Feel Better charity, and enjoy a barbecue and a live music set from the incredible singer-songwriter Gabriel Templar.
