Cosmetovigilance Training

49 minutes

This e-learning provides a comprehensive training on cosmetovigilance and companies’ related obligations.  This CTPA training gives an overview of company’s recording and reporting obligations in the UK and the EU when a consumer experiences an adverse event, with a particular focus on performing a causality assessment.

Cosmetovigilance Training

Cosmetovigilance is the monitoring by companies of adverse reactions to cosmetic products when they are used by consumers.  As well as being a legal obligation under Article 23 of both the UK and EU Cosmetics Regulations, cosmetovigilance is a useful tool to monitor the product whilst it is on the market and identify any safety signals.  Authorities also monitor the occurrence of undesirable effects through the legally-required reporting system for serious undesirable effects.

By completing all modules, members will receive a Certificate of Attendance from CTPA.

Cosmetovigilance Training

Very interesting. The case studies were of particular help.

Very helpful with the examples

Very informative!!

worthwhile

Informative and clear causality explanation and examples

Quiet Informative

Easy to understand

The training was very useful and easy to understand. Examples were given which made it easier to know how to use the tools (a decision tree).

Informative :)

Easy to follow, engaging

Well paced, the division in 4 videos allows for pausing and assimilation of the information received, having the two presenters live in the small window at the top made it realistic, immediate and comparable to a face-to-face class. The content is clear, simple, delivered clearly with a change of voice and rhythm to keep the 'audience' engaged. I am very pleased with this first e-learning course from CTPA and look forward to attending the Cosmetovigilance webinar on Case Studies.

Very good overview on the cosmetovigilance framework. Case studies were really helpful.
