See moreIn my role as Communications Coordinator, I am responsible for monitoring across all aspects of media for issues affecting the industry’s reputation. Ensuring that CTPA's interaction with the media is prompt, I liaise with the Director-General and the communications team on CTPA responses and with the Digital Services & Office Coordinator on placing information online for consumers and members. I act as coordinator for the Communications Committee and Customer Care Group, both of whom are integral to keeping CTPA informed of media contacts and external affairs activity.
I am also Executive Assistant to the Director-General, ensuring administrative work and diary commitments run smoothly.
