As Commercial Affairs Coordinator and Database Manager, my key role is to help promote CTPA services with members. Ensuring that membership services run smoothly, I am responsible for producing and issuing the quarterly news e-digest and work with the CTPA team in designing and issuing other key CTPA publications.  I also manage the administration of membership recruitment and provide first line point of contact for potential members, helping to promote brand ‘CTPA’.  One of my primary responsibilities is maintaining and updating the CTPA database and providing the necessary training so the CTPA team can use the system efficiently to respond to member enquiries.   


I also work with the Finance Manager on credit control for membership subscriptions as well as organise the venues for CTPA events, for which I manage delegate bookings, liaise with the venue and suppliers and look after speaker arrangements. 


In conjunction with the Finance Manager, I have responsibility for health and safety issues, office environment, security and general administration as well as managing the Companies House filing for the Association's Board of Directors.
