My role as International Information Officer involves keeping abreast of international upcoming legislations and informing members in a timely manner via CTPA communication tools such as news items and the online International Manual.
I am also supporting members with specific queries and working closely with the CTPA team and other relevant stakeholders such as the Department for International Trade (DIT) for any international related topics. As a representative of Cosmetics Europe Task Forces/Expert Teams, I contribute to the European cosmetic advocacy in specific regions and feedback valuable international matters to our members.
Together with the Head of International Growth and Regulatory Services, we are coordinating quarterly CTPA International Regulatory and Trade Committee (IRTC) meetings, as part of our new CTPA International Strategy, to ensure members can contribute their views on forthcoming international legislations which could impact the cosmetics industry.
