CTPA launched updated its Brexit Public Advice page, to reflect the latest developments of the UK/EU negotiations, on the future UK law which will enter into force from 1 January 2021, and more importantly a step-by-step guide on Brexit preparedness.
Whilst the outcome of the negotiations is still uncertain, the CTPA would like to emphasise that there are key matters that do not depend on the outcome of negotiations and these can constitute the bases of a preparatory plan. Companies are encouraged to consults these pages and take action now to prepare and ensure they can continue to sell to the UK, EU or both markets from 1 January 2021.
