The Department for International Trade’s (DIT) Export Support Service (ESS) is a free helpline and online service for all UK businesses to get answers to questions about exporting their products or services to customers in Europe. Companies can ask any question for their business, including on exporting to new markets, paperwork, and rules for a specific country.
Whilst ESS currently focuses on questions related to trading with Europe, it will expand to cover more global markets in 2022. The ESS can be used no matter the size of the business, how much is exported and which service or good is sold.
