CTPA is the voice of the cosmetic products industry in the UK. CTPA is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant. This is a brand-new post, with plenty of responsibility and variety. It is a key role within the small team of talented professionals, a team of passionate people who work hard together in a spirit of openness, honesty, trust and mutual respect.
You will:
- Primarily provide high quality, proactive support to the Director-General, freeing them up to focus on their business responsibilities and activities as the head of the CTPA
- Manage schedules, diaries, prioritising appointments and meetings; provide administrative support, including organising and minuting Board meetings; ensuring colleagues can access relevant files and documents as and when required
- Line manage the Office Services Facilitator to include supporting their personal development and evolving their role
- Engage with other members of staff and provide support as needed
You will have:
- Demonstrable relevant experience gained within a professional office environment
- Extremely personable, collegiate, tactful and discreet qualities
- Outstanding administrative and organisational expertise
- Well-honed decision-making and interpersonal skills
- The ability to multitask; meeting various deadlines through well managed communication and time management proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and demonstrable ability to take meeting notes and transform these into professional minutes following style guidelines
